Behind this wall is the laundry room it will allow me to have all my stuff hidden out of sight. I wish it was bigger where i could house a frag tank, etc but its not that big. So im thinking just the tank, a sump, i have an 5000INT skimmer, maybe a reactor or 2 and thats pretty much it.

I really dont want my sump directly under the stand I am planning for it to be beside the tank so i have an easy area to work out of but it might not work out that way.

I have a buddy helping my build the stand and frame out the wall. On the main display side i was thinking about doing the nice picture frame but after talking to many reefers having front access is key so i will have some sort of doors on the front for front side access. Thinking about having the tank maybe 36 inches off the floor.

any suggestions or ideas are greatly appreciated!

My stand is 36" tall, so you are right in the same range I was thinking. I hope to setup a frag tank some day, which will be lower for a better top down view.

okay great what size sump you have under your tank i was looking at a 75 gallon. i would really like a elite aquatics sump but i just dont have the extra cash at the moment to get one. my biggest thing is to have enough room under the sump to get the skimmer out and be able to work under there with at least some space i dont want it cramped. still trying to figure out how to do this put the sump underneath or off to the side

Might have some issues with the sump I won't be able to use a 48 in tank so I'm not sure what I should do.
