Did you try a "unibit" step drill bit ? They go through plastics very well. And the come in different sizes.

Unfortunately you get what you pay for in life ! Lol. Don't get me wrong,i shop there too. But........ A good drill bit holds its cutting edge much longer that a cheap one. I don't think they are much more at Lowe's or home depot, but will last much longer......or i have many in a couple different sizes you are welcome to borrow.

I would just buy a good drill bit in the size you want the holes. Shockingly, my harbor freight titanium drill bits work nicely.
    Frag racks look nice!

Your Spotted mandarin will bully and more than likely kill your Red Mandarin. Just giving you a heads up. I learned the hard way.

In a tank as big as yours, they will be able to stay away from each other and have plenty of places to hide.

    Dave,
Regardless of size and "hiding places" when two of the same species don't play nice with each other.... one will always lose.

Anyone keep any of the Dragon pipefish? anything special about them? I was going to put them in my frag tank with a WP-40 WP-25 and another powerhead that sweeps the bottom of the tank. do you think that may be to much flow? As for fish its just 2 clowns a cardinal fish, the green spot mandarin, small green clown goby, and blenny.

Ive kept a pair of Dragon pipefish. They both were in my frag tank. Advice: low-med flow and plenty of pods they should be happy. Watching them hunt is really cool, you'll enjoy them.
