    Call it 34-36g
    24x26x15.
    3/4" acrylic
built by Steve Shin's shop a few years back for a spot in my apartment.

I think I've found a place that works at the new house.
The leak test went well after two moves (relieved).

Black bottom. You can tape that overflow area off and just paint it with krylon and a roller.

-Big thanks to Alex at hansnobledesign.com!

    1.5" steel, and powdercoated.
The levelers at the bottom are priceless.

360W / Kessil controller in. I like the simplicity. It's like an ipod.

Back center... meh...there are times I wish the back panel was black...

Awesome build so far! Looking forward to seeing how you stock it. When do you think you will have water in it?

March 1 is my guess on water.

Kessil, and a bit of OCD:
    1. Added a washer that can be seen if you look closely. Allowed it to be the proper rotation at 100% tight. -so the kessil logo was centered, and the wires were closest to the stem.
    2. Downsized the black zip tie size. A bit more fit and finish now.
    3. Added a small chunk of white foam where the light clamp hits the tank top. Will keep it higher than water line in the overflow box.

This is what's going to take some time...

    SUMP
    1. Upgraded from previous 15g sump to a 20g. Just taller. More room for back syphoning if power outage.
    2. Marineland 1800 being re-used. Soft plumbed return is suffice.
    3. Baffels cut at Lowe's the other day.
    4. GE I 100% silicone. No biothane, etc or any mildew resistant chemical noted.

-This stuff works well to remove some 'moving' scratches on acrylic.

Went with tint over paint. Possible I'll move it in the future, and will want the clear back panel in tact.

Been busy working on the plumbing... and did a test run with tap water.
Sump checked out as more than adequate to take back syphoning. Also drilled a small hole in lock line to break the syphon.

    Durso was too loud.
    No room for a Herbie.
Built a Stockholm standpipe. -No different than the durso in sound.
5 trips to Lowe's, and 15 PVC combinations later, I have the same Durso I started with with a smaller top hole and airline tubing now in it.

Most valuable thing found so far in the build process...
Used to mount all paneling to the metal, and all controllers to the back panel.

Looking good fry, I like how clean everything looks. You have some serious patience when it comes to this build! Hope to see the water in it soon.
